Women's Wednesday Workshops

Ashley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Holistic Health and Wellness coach with a background in fitness and nutrition. Originally from New York, she is a momma of two beautiful girls ages 8 and 5 years old and has been married to her hubby for 11 years. In addition to being an EmpowHERment Workshop facilitator, she is an ICU physical therapist, a softball coach, a religious education teacher, and she enjoys running Half Marathons at Disney with her sister! Ashley loves to focus on having a positive mindset and has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and truly flourish with living a healthy lifestyle.
