Healing & Wellness

Join us each month for Healing & Wellness: HER Story Writing Circle, a welcoming and creative space where women can express themselves through storytelling, journaling, and poetry. Led by Poetry Veguez, this interactive workshop will guide participants in exploring personal experiences, reflections, and aspirations.

Through guided writing prompts, group discussions, and optional sharing, attendees will have the opportunity to develop their voices, connect with others, and contribute to HER Story—a published collection of women’s writings that will inspire and uplift our community. Whether you're an experienced writer or just beginning to put your thoughts on paper, this workshop is designed to help you craft meaningful stories in a supportive and empowering environment.

All submissions from the workshops will be considered for inclusion in the final HER Story book, with proceeds benefiting EmpowHERment’s mission. Come write, reflect, and share your journey with us!
