Inspiration and Affirmation boxes are a great tool for starting your day start off on the right foot, boosting morale in the office, setting the tone of your staff meetings, or in a classroom setting, and grounding into the present moment after a difficult situation. They can be used for meditation, or as journal prompts. Participants will each create their own. (Now providing inspirational Bible verses too!)
