Through a guided and soul limbering process you will get clear about how you want to feel in your life, so you can use that knowledge to guide your choices and everyday actions. Why? Because when you get clear on how you want to feel, the pursuit of goals itself will become more satisfying. Trust me….  Knowing how you want to feel will change everything. You will: Rethink what you know about feelings and discover how you can use them as a guidance system Figure out what’s working and what’s not… Decide what’s missing and what to let go of….
